DISTRIBUCIONES CALZADOS BANYOLES, S\.L\. ("CASTAÑER") ACCEPTS THE RETURN OF ITS PRODUCTS WITHIN A MAXIMUM PERIOD OF THIRTY (30) NATURAL DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE OF THE PRODUCT. FOR THE RETURN TO BE ACCEPTED, THE PRODUCT MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION IN WHICH IT WAS RECEIVED.

RETURNS WILL BE FREE OF CHARGE FOR THE CUSTOMER SELECTING THE SPECIFIED METHOD ON THIS PAGE. IN THE EVENT THAT THE RETURN OF THE ORDER HAS COSTS FOR CUSTOMS CLEARANCE, THESE WILL BE ASSUMED BY CASTAÑER IN ITS ENTIRETY.
THE CUSTOMER MUST SEND THE PRODUCT IN THE SAME BOX OR IN PACKAGING SIMILAR TO THE ORIGINAL. IN THE EVENT THAT THE PRODUCT IS NOT SENT WITH THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND THIS SUFFERS DAMAGE, CASTAÑER WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH DAMAGE AND THEREFORE WILL NOT VALIDATE THE RETURN.
HOW TO MAKE THE RETURN
THE CUSTOMER HAVE TO REQUEST THE RETURN THROUGH THE FOLLOWING RETURNS PORTAL.

THE RETURNS PORTAL WILL PROVIDE THE CUSTOMER WITH A RETURN LABEL AT THE END OF THE PROCESS.
ONCE YOU FINALIZE THE PROCESS YOU WILL BE ABLE TO RETURN THE ITEMS WITH THE FOLLOWING TWO OPTIONS:
1. DHL SERVICE POINT
THE CUSTOMER MUST ATTACH THE RETURN LABEL TO THE PACKAGING TO BE RETURNED AND TAKE IT TO A DHL EXPRESS SERVICE POINT.

2. DHL PICKUP
TO SCHEDULE A PICKUP WITH THE COURIER, PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS HERE.
IMPORTANT
IT IS A MANDATORY REQUIREMENT TO INSERT THE DELIVERY NOTE RECEIVED INSIDE THE PACKAGING DULY COMPLETED INSIDE THE RETURN BOX TO PROCEED WITH THE RETURN. CASTAÑER RESERVES THE RIGHT NOT TO ACCEPT RETURNS WITHOUT DOCUMENTATION.
WHEN MAKING THE RETURN, THE AMOUNT PAID ON THE DAY OF PURCHASE FOR THE ARTICLE WILL ALWAYS BE REFUNDED ON THE METHOD OF PAYMENT USED FOR THE PURCHASE. IF YOU WANT TO MAKE A CHANGE AND A NEW PURCHASE IS GENERATED, THE AMOUNT TO BE PAID WILL BE THE RATE IN FORCE ON THE DAY OF THE NEW ORDER.
ONCE CASTAÑER RECEIVES THE ARTICLE TO BE RETURNED, IT WILL PROCEED TO ITS VALIDATION AND, IF NECESSARY, TO THE RELEVANT REFUND WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS. THE ECONOMIC AMOUNT WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO THE SAME METHOD OF PAYMENT WITH WHICH THE PURCHASE WAS MADE. THE TIME PERIOD FOR THE ECONOMIC REFUND TO BECOME EFFECTIVE WILL DEPEND ON THE DESTINATION BANK, WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU CONTACT THE CORRESPONDING BANK FOR MORE INFORMATION.
EXCHANGES ARE NOT PERMITTED
IN ORDER TO EXCHANGE AN ARTICLE, IT WILL BE NECESSARY TO RETURN THE ARTICLE TO BE EXCHANGED AND, SUBSEQUENTLY, ONCE THE RELEVANT ECONOMIC REFUND HAS BEEN RECEIVED, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE ABLE TO PLACE A NEW ORDER. THE PRICES OF THE ARTICLES MAY VARY DURING PERIODS OF SALES OR PROMOTIONS. EXCHANGES WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF INVENTORY AT THE TIME OF THE NEW PURCHASE.
